If you believe you have made a fraudulent transfer, or you suspect that your account is at risk:

  1. Immediately end any type of communication with the suspect/scammer.

  2. Contact the financial institution(s) involved.

  3. Report the incident to the Police.

  4. To report fraud to Tiger Brokers, simply chat with us by heading to [Profile] and click on [Help and customer service].


If you're concerned that your card has been compromised:

Lock your card immediately in the app to prevent any unauthorized payments. To lock your card, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Head to your [Profile]

  2. Click on the [Debit Card]

  3. Scroll down and click on [Manage Card].

  4. Toggle off the [Card Active] status. Note that by toggling off the switch, payments will be temporarily blocked, with the card balance being automatically swept back into your trading account.

You may choose to lock/unlock the card at any time without any restrictions or charges.


How do I raise a dispute?

If you would like to raise a dispute for any transactions (e.g. fradulent transaction, double charged etc.), simply follow the steps below:

  1. Head to your [Profile]

  2. Click on the [Debit Card]

  3. Scroll down and click on [Transaction History].

  4. Thereafter, you may tap on any transactions to identify the merchant name, the transaction status / amount / time as well as the conversion detail (if any).

  5. Scroll down and click on [Report a Problem]

  6. Fill up the dispute form accordingly and provide the necessary substantiation before clicking on [Submit].
