  6. IPO Leverage Financing Interest

    When participating in IPO subscription using leverage financing, corresponding financing costs may be incurred. During the current promotional period, Tiger waives the financing interest for this portion, and the actual interest charged is 0. Details are subject to the promotion rules and final settlement.

  7. Margin Interest

    During the HK IPO subscription process, subscription funds must be settled in HKD. Please ensure that sufficient HKD available cash is maintained in your account. If HKD cash is insufficient or funds are held in money market funds, an HKD debit balance may be incurred at the time of deduction, and HKD financing interest will be charged accordingly. The financing amount and interest will be calculated based on actual usage and applicable interest calculation rules, subject to final settlement.

*If Margin financing is triggered due to insufficient HKD cash during the subscription process, the interest incurred on such financing is not covered by the IPO Leverage Financing interest-free promotion, and the relevant charges will be collected based on actual usage.
