How do I lock or replace my Tiger BOSS Debit Card?

Lock Card

If you're concerned that your card has been compromised, lock your card immediately in the app to prevent any unauthorized payments. To lock your card, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Head to your [Profile]

  2. Click on the [Debit Card]

  3. Scroll down and click on [Manage Card].

  4. Toggle off the [Card Active] status. Note that by toggling off the switch, payments will be temporarily blocked, with the card balance being automatically swept back into your trading account.

You may choose to lock/unlock the card at any time without any restrictions or charges.


Block Card

In the event that you've decided not to use the Tiger BOSS Debit Card anymore, you may choose to block the card. To do this, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Head to your [Profile]

  2. Click on the [Debit Card]

  3. Scroll down and click on [Manage Card].

  4. Scroll down and click on [Block card] and confirm on your intention. Note that by blocking your card, you'll be permanently deleting the card, and the action cannot be undone. Any unredeemed cashback value will also be forfeited.


Card replacement

If your card is currently active, kindly block it first before reapplying.

If your card has expired, visit the [Debit Card] page and click on the [Reorder Card] to apply for a new one.


Do note that Tiger Brokers will not be issuing physical Debit Card or supporting physical card replacement requests w.e.f. 02 June 2025.
