GHW INTERNATIONAL is an investment holding company primarily engaged in chemicals business. The Company operation consists of four principal business segments: polyurethane materials, animal nutrition chemicals, fine chemicals and pharmaceutical products and intermediates. Polyurethane materials products are widely used in cushion foams, interior components and other lightweight automotive parts to foster fuel and energy savings. Animal nutrition chemicals products are additives commonly used in feeds for poultry and livestock. Fine chemicals segment mainly procure products such as carboxylic acids, solvents, resins, and oleochemicals from third party manufacturers for onward selling to customers. Pharmaceutical products and intermediates segment produces and sells its own pharmaceutical intermediates, as well as the sale of pharmaceutical products purchased from third-party manufacturers.
