Welcome to TIGER TRADE—our app, PC terminal, websites, and any future products or services (collectively, the “Product” or “Service”), provided by Tiger Trade Technology Pte. Ltd., TTMF Limited, and their affiliates (hereinafter “Tiger”, “we”, “our” or “us”). We’re dedicated to providing you with comprehensive high-quality service.
Before using our Product, please carefully review this User Agreement (the “Agreement”), our Privacy Policy, and any other agreements, terms, rules, announcements, notices, or similar documents we issue separately for the Product (collectively, the "Agreements"). If any conflict exists between these Agreements, the latest published version will prevail. Pay special attention to terms highlighted in bold throughout the Agreements.
This Agreement forms a legally binding contract you and us. By using our Product, you confirm that you are eligible to use it and have the legal capacity to accept its terms.
Article 1 Definitions
1. In this Agreement, “You” means any individual, legal entity, or organization using the Product.
2. In this Agreement, “use” means any action involving the Product, including (but not limited to) downloading, installing, accessing, or utilizing its features.
Article 2 Acceptance of Terms
By clicking “install”, registering for the Product, or otherwise using it, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement. You voluntarily accept to be legally bound by these terms and confirm that you fully inherent risks associated with using the Product. You expressly agree to assume all such risks. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not download or install the Product, cease all use immediately, and uninstall the Product and delete all related documentation.
Article 3 Amendment of this Agreement
1. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Amendments may be made to comply with a regulatory requirement, enhance user experience, or for other legitimate reasons. We will notify you of the updated Agreement via email, in-app notifications, our website, or other official channels. We encourage you to monitor these updates. All modifications will take effect on the date specified in the revised Agreement or the date notification, whichever is later.
2. If you continue using the Product after amendments are made, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the revised terms. If you reject the updated Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the Product and Tiger’s services, and delete the Product and related documentation from your devices. To request account closure or other assistance, contact Tiger Support at support@itiger.com. We will provide solutions including account termination upon your request.
Article 4 User Account Registration
1. Registration Process. To register for a Tiger account, please visit the Tiger Trade application and access the registration interface, and then enter your mobile number, email address, and verification code (if applicable), or authenticate via a third-party account (including WeChat, X, Google, Facebook, Singpass, or other options provided on the login interface). If you previously registered on the To The Moon website (TTM website: http://ttm.financial) using your mobile number or email, you may use those credentials to access this Product.
2. SMS Authorization. By registering, you authorize Tiger to send SMS messages to your mobile number, including but not limited to account security alerts, login verification codes, password change notifications.
3. Account Ownership & User Obligations. Upon successful registration, you receive a non-transferable license to use account, while Tiger retains sole ownership. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information, updating it promptly if changes occur. You bear sole responsibility for any issues, disputes, or liabilities arising from false, inaccurate, illegal or invalid information. Tiger reserves the right to suspend services if false information is detected.
4. Account Security & Liability. Your account and password are for your exclusive use and may not be shared, transferred or lent to others. All actions performed using your credentials are deemed authorized by you. You assume full liability for unauthorized use resulting from negligent safeguarding of credentials, hacking or security breaches. Immediate notification to Tiger is required if you suspect unauthorized access. Tiger assumes no liability for losses from compromised accounts.
5. Concurrent Use Prohibition. If multiple users access the same account simultaneously, Tiger may:
Contact the original registered user.
Suspend or terminate the account without liability.
6. Third-Party Services. When accessing third-party services through Tiger (e.g. account opening, trading), you must carefully review all applicable agreements, terms and policies on the third-party platforms and pages, and you authorize third-party access to your Tiger account only as required by their terms.
Article 5 User Privacy Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal information in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. For detailed information about how we handle user data, please carefully review our Privacy Policy.
Article 6 User Permission
1. The Product is provided free of charge. You may download, install and use it for non-commercial purposes without restriction on the number of installations.
2. The application (including all services and content) is intended solely for non-commercial access and use. Except as expressly permitted herein, you may not copy, reproduce, reprint, upload, post, publicly display, encode, translate, transmit, or distribute any portion of the services or content in any manner (including through "mirroring") to any other computer, server, website, or media. This prohibition extends to any use for publication, distribution, provision to third parties, or any commercial enterprise without our prior express written consent.
3. This Agreement commences upon successful registration of your user account.
Article 7 User Obligations and Liability
1. During the term of this Agreement, you agree to the following:
(1) Use the Product in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of this Agreement.
(2) Refrain from reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or altering any internal program files or compiled resources of the Product.
(3) Do not use the Product for any purpose involving disassembling.
(4) Do not use the Product for commercial purposes including but not limited to selling, leasing, lending, gifting, or transferring. Non-commercial gifting of the Product (where no economic benefit is involved) is permitted only with our prior written consent.
(5) Use the Product only for lawful purposes and by lawful means.
(6) Do not engage in any illegal activity or infringe upon the rights or interests of others using the Product.
(7) Do not use the Product to:
illegally access computer networks;
Misappropriate other’s computer resources;
Maliciously tamper with computer data or applications;
Create or transmit computer virus; or
Engage in any activity that compromises computer network security.
(8) Do not aid, abet or assist others in violating any of these commitments or engaging in legally prohibited activities.
(9) Do not use the Product’s community features in violation of the TTM Service Agreement—this Agreement constitutes an integral part of the TTM Service Agreement, which also prohibits you from posting, transmitting, or making available through the Product any material that is threatening, harassing, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. For any matters concerning the community features not expressly addressed herein, the TTM Service Agreement shall control and shall have equal legal effect with this Agreement.
(10) Do not restrict or inhibit any other user’s lawful access to or use of the Product.
2. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your use of the Product. If Tiger determines that you have violated any of these commitments, Tiger reserves the right to take immediate action, including but not limited to:
Suspending or terminating content transmission;
Preserving transmission records;
Suspending or closing your user account;
Removing infringement links or content; and
Reporting violations to relevant authorities where necessary.
Tiger may exercise these rights without prior notice.
Article 8 Third-Party Products and Services
1. The Product may utilize third-party systems or enable access through third parties when you use our Product or request specific services from Tiger. Results from such usage or access are provided solely by these third parties (including but not limited to, services delivered via TTM or content accessed through OpenAPI platform). Tiger makes no guarantees regarding the security, accuracy, effectiveness or other potential risks associated with third-party services or content. Tiger assumes no liability for any disputes or damages arising from your use of third-party offerings.
2. Third party service providers may offer products or services through Tiger’s platform. For example, you may access third-party financial services by following their registered community accounts, subscribing to paid third-party content, or visiting their dedicated service platforms and pages. During this process, the third-party provider may collect, use, and store your personal data or information.
Tiger requires all third-party service providers to:
Comply strictly with applicable data protection laws and regulations;
Obtain your explicit consent prior to data collection;
Implement robust data security measures;
Use your data solely for the purpose of delivering the specific product or service;
Provide you with mechanisms to modify or delete your data;
Permanently delete all your data upon service termination.
Tiger enforces these requirements through binding agreements with providers and careful product design to protect your data and privacy to the greatest extent possible. Before accepting or using any third-party product or service, you must:
(a) Carefully read and fully understand the third party’s terms and policies;
(b) Independently evaluate the associated risks;
(c) Comply with the agreements governing the relevant services and products. For example, Specific terms for TigerAI services are detailed in the TigerAI Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and specific terms for community features are set forth in the TTM Service Agreement.
Article 9 Intellectual Property
1. ALL software, programs, product structures, and designs incorporated in or made available through the Product are the exclusive property of Tiger. Without explicit authorization, no person may: (a) use, modify, reproduce, broadcast, restructure, distribute, publish, restore, or decode the Product; or (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product to obtain source code or extract its essential components for other applications. Any unauthorized action constitutes infringement.
2. All market data, information, top posts, pictures, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, archives, and other content incorporated in or made available through the Product are the property of Tiger and/or its content providers. Without prior written approval from Tiger and/or the relevant content provider, no person may :(a) copy, reprint, alter, or quote any service content for commercial purposes; (b) use such information or content to charge unauthorized fees from any third party. Any unauthorized use constitutes infringement.
3. You must ensure that all information published on Tiger does not infringe the intellectual property rights or other legal rights of Tiger or any third party. Tiger reserves the right to take immediate action, including but not limited to content removal or service suspension, for any violation. If your actions infringe the intellectual property rights of Tiger or any third party and cause loss, you will be solely liable for all resulting damages, including but not limited to litigation costs, forensic expenses, and attorney fees.
Article 10 Risk Disclosure
1. Information provided by Tiger includes information from public sources, as well as information published or supplied by other users, partners or third parties. While Tiger makes reasonable efforts to ensure the reliability and accuracy of this information provided and conducts preliminary reviews of sources, we cannot guarantee absolute reliability or accuracy. You should exercise caution and independently assess the accuracy of price quotes, charts, commentary, purchase details, or other Product-related information, which is provided solely for reference purposes. You understand and acknowledge that such information does not constitute investment advice or any form of guarantee.
2. We do not endorse, edit, or approve third-party materials. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, any third-party materials, including their accuracy, validity, timeliness, completeness, reliability, integrity, quality, legality, usefulness, safety, or any intellectual property rights therein. Some third-party materials may be inaccurate, deceptive, or otherwise unreliable. Nothing in this Agreement implies our endorsement or warranty of any third-party material. We have no obligation to review third-party materials and reserve the right to block or disable access to any such material through the application at any time. Providing access to third-party materials does not imply our endorsement of or affiliation with any material provider.
3. If you access other service platforms or pages to obtain services (including but not limited to account opening, trading, etc.) or perform operations based on data and information provided by Tiger, you bear full responsibility for all associated risks and losses. Tiger shall have liability for breach, infringement, or any other civil responsibility arising from risks or losses incurred due to your investment decisions.
4. You must evaluate information, materials, links and other content posted by other users, partners or other third parties within the Product independently, objectively, and with clear judgment, remaining vigilant against fraud. You are solely responsible for your selection and use of third-party materials. You assume all risks associated with using third-party materials and must comply with any additional terms and policies applicable to such materials (e.g., the service terms or privacy policies of third-party providers).
Article 11 Disclaimer
1. You acknowledge understanding the Product’s functions and the operations required to utilize them, and voluntarily choose to use the Product based on your individual needs. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all risks and consequences arising from your use of the Product and related services shall be solely borne by you. Tiger disclaims any liability for such consequences.
2. The Product and any third-party materials are provided "as is", "as available," without express, implied, or statutory warranties of any kind. Although the Product has undergone rigorous testing; Tiger does not guarantee complete compatibility with all software/hardware systems or the absence of defects. In the event of incompatibility or bugs, you may contact Tiger for technical assistance.
3. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tiger assumes no liability for any loss or risk resulting from the use or inability to use of the Product, including but not limited to:
(a) Direct or indirect personal injury;
(b) Loss of business profits, operational disruption, or data;
(c) Any other economic loss.
4. Tiger shall not be liable for losses caused by:
Telecommunications or internet failures;
Computer malfunctions, viruses, or data corruption;
System issues or other force majeure events.
5. You shall implement reasonable safeguards when using the Product. Service interruptions or failures due to objective factors may cause inconvenience or economic loss. Tiger disclaims liability for such losses.
6. While Tiger endeavors to maintain the Product security and usability; it assumes no liability for data deletion or memory failures.
7. Tiger, as well as the third parties associated with Tiger may publish or reprint the news, information, articles or other content (“Content”) from collaborators within the Product, clearly attributing the source. Respecting intellectual property rights, Tiger does not substantively review or modify third-party Content and makes no warranties as to its accuracy. You must independently evaluate such Content. Tiger expressly disclaims liability to clients, partners, or suppliers for:
(1) Accuracy of news, information, or articles;
(2) Delays, inaccuracies, errors, interruptions, or omissions in Content;
(3) Discontinuation of Content.
If you believe Content infringes rights or is false, address concerns directly to the content provider or contact Tiger for verification and action in accordance with applicable laws and this Agreement.
8. Any facts, assessments, analyses, forecasts, opinions, or other information (“Information”) released by Tiger does not consider your investment objectives, financial situation, or specific needs. Unless explicitly stated, all information is intended solely for:
(1) General informational purposes;
(2) Marketing reference or educational use;
and shall not be construed as
(1) Financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice;
(2) A recommendation (general or personalized) to trade financial products; or
(3) Any encouragement to invest.
Article 12 Termination of Service
1. Tiger reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: (a) terminate user accounts; (b) revoke your rights to use Product; or (c) remove or edit content.
2. Subject to applicable law, Tiger may terminate the Service under any of the following circumstances:
(1) If you refuse to accept modified terms of this Agreement, voluntarily uninstall the Service, or demonstrate abandonment of the Service through inactivity or other means, Tiger may terminate your user account at any time.
(2) If you breach this Agreement, Tiger may immediately terminate your access to the Service and related services without liability for breach of this Agreement.
(3) If force majeure events prevent Tiger from providing services, either party may terminate the Service without liability for breach.
"Force Majeure" means unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable events beyond the reasonable control of the parties, including but not limited to natural disasters (earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires), war, strikes, riots, governmental actions, changes in law, or other events recognized as force majeure under international commercial practice.
3. Upon termination, your user status becomes immediately invalid, and all rights to access the Service cease. Except where expressly required by law, Tiger shall have no further obligations to you following termination.
Article 13 Miscellaneous
1. This Agreement’s execution, validity, performance, termination, and dispute resolution shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
2. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement’s execution, validity, performance, or termination shall first be resolved through good-faith consultations between the parties. If consultations fail to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days or either party is dissatisfied with the outcome, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
3. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be automatically severed and deemed void. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, preserving the Agreement’s overall intent and validity.
4. In the event of any inconsistency between translated versions of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail and govern all interpretations.
