This Policy applies to the Tiger Trade APP(“app”), websites, PC terminal, applet and any future products or services provided by Tiger in new formats as technology evolves (collectively referred to as "Service” or "Product"), which are operated, developed and managed by Tiger. This Policy also applies to any other Tiger-operated products or services you access (e.g., by logging in with a Tiger account) that do not have their own separate privacy policy. However, for Tiger products or services that are subject to a distinct privacy policy, that specific policy will take precedence.

Please read this Policy carefully, especially terms marked in bold or underline, to understand in detail how we collect and use information. This will help you better understand our services and make informed choices.

Please ensure you fully understand and agree to this Policy before using the Service. I. What Information We Collect to Provide Our Services

To provide, optimize our Services and to secure your account, we collect the following information during your use of our Services: information you provide voluntarily: information you authorize us to collect, information generated through your use of Mobile Apps. If you refuse to provide or consent to the collection of such information, access to specific Services may be restricted or unavailable.

For details on the information we collect, please refer to our Personal Information Collection List.

Information you provide

1. Registration and Account Information. To register an account, we need you to provide your phone number, email address, or third-party account (including WeChat, X, Google, Facebook, Singpass, or other options provided on the login interface), and create a secure password. For browsing or searching only, you may use guest mode without registration or providing this information.

2. Third-Party Account Login. You may log in via WeChat, X, Google, Facebook, or other options provided on the login interface. To verify third-party app installation, we need to access your device’s application list. Through third-party authorization services, we collect and use your profile photo and nickname associated with the login account.

3. Permissions for Features.

Camera & Photo Gallery: Required to upload photos.

Microphone: Necessary for community live streaming and TigerAI's Voice Input Feature.

Calendar: To enable market data/company event reminders, we access(read/write) your calendar upon authorization. Denying this permission disables reminders but does not affect other services.

Storage: By default, Tiger Trade APP only accesses the application-specific storage space (i.e., the app sandbox). Upon your authorization to enable read/write access to your device storage, we will read or write pictures, files, crash logs, and other necessary information from your device storage solely for the purposes of:
(a) Enabling content publishing features; and
(b) Recording crash logs to ensure stable operation of the Tiger Trade APP.

4. Professional market data services information. When you require more professional market data services, compliance obligations imposed by professional market data providers may necessitate the collection of additional personal information. This may include your Tiger UUID, full name, residential address, company name, industry classification, business address, job title, email address, mobile phone number and other relevant details. We advise exercising discretion when providing such information. Prior to facilitating these professional market data services, we will obtain your separate consent for the collection of said information.

5. Information when contacting us. When you contact us or request dispute resolution or account-related business operations, we may require you to provide necessary personal information to verify your identity. This measure safeguards your account and system security. To ensure prompt communication, assist in issue resolution, or document status and outcomes of resolutions, we may retain communication records (including call logs) and relevant content exchanged between you and us. Such records may encompass account information, other details you provide to substantiate relevant claims, and your contact details. Additionally, we may utilize other reasonable and necessary information furnished by you—including data shared during customer service interactions or questionnaire surveys—to deliver and enhance the quality of our Services.

6. TigerAI services information. To provide TigerAI services, we collect your text inputs and output evaluations. Details are governed by the TigerAI Service Agreement and Privacy Statement.

7. Delivery information. When redeeming rewards in our Rewards Center, we may collect your contact information (delivery name, address, phone number) solely for the purpose of fulfilling event gifts distribution.

8. International brokerage business information. If you wish to use services provided by international brokers, you may access their service platform and pages of the international brokerage firm through our Services.

Account opening and related functions are provided by our affiliate broker-dealer, Tiger Brokers, operating across different jurisdictions. You will first need to navigate to the service platform and pages of Tiger Brokers in the relevant country or region. Depending on the regulatory requirements, legal and account opening rules of specific broker-dealer, you may be required to directly provide Tiger Brokers with identity information, identification documents, contact details and biometric data, tax information and address information. For investment suitability assessments, you may need to disclose your occupation, assets and income. During facial recognition and identity verification in the account opening process, you may need to enable device camera and microphone permissions. If you are suspected to be located in Chinese mainland or other regions with special regulatory requirements, enabling device location permissions may be necessary. The aforementioned information is collected by Tiger Brokers and governed by its personal information processing rules, as detailed in the Tiger Brokers Privacy Policy. Refusal to provide the required information or grant the necessary permissions may prevent you from completing the account opening process or accessing Tiger Brokers’ corresponding services and functions. However, this will not affect your use of our Services under this Policy.

Information we collect automatically

Device information. We collect device information including your device name and model, device unique identifiers (such as IMEI, IDFA, IDFV, Android ID), operating system, IP address, MAC address, software installation list, resolution, app download channel, current app version number, language settings, sensor information (e.g., gravity, gyroscope, electromagnetic field, accelerometer sensors). We will use your unique device identifier, IP address, app download channel, current app version number, and language settings for operational purposes.

Operation log information. When using our Services, we automatically collect and store usage details in server logs, including account status, login time, browsing history, IP address, browser type, language used, operating system version, date and time of access, network requests, etc. To store this log information, we require access to your device’s storage.

Usage information. We collect information about your interactions with our Services, including clicking, browsing, following, favoriting, searching, commenting, sharing, uploading (pictures, audio and video) generated through these features.

Clipboard function. To facilitate copying information, sharing or receiving shared content, your device’s clipboard function may be activated. Clipboard data is processed exclusively on your device. We do not store your clipboard content or use this information for any other purpose.

Cookies. Cookies are pieces of information stored directly on the device that you are using. Cookies allow us to collect information such as browser type, time spent on the services, pages visited, language preferences and other traffic data. We and our service providers use the information for security purposes, to facilitate navigation, to display information more effectively, and to personalize your experience. We also gather statistical information about use of the services to continually improve our design and functionality. Cookies further allow us to select which of our advertisements or offers are most likely to appeal to you and display them while you are on the services. We may also use cookies or other technologies in online advertising to track responses to our ads. If you do not want information collected through the use of cookies, most browsers allow you to automatically decline cookies or be given the choice of declining or accepting a particular cookie (or cookies) from a particular website. If, however, you do not accept cookies, you may experience some inconvenience in your use of the services. You also may not receive advertising or other offers from us that are relevant to your interests and needs.

Pixel tags and other similar technologies. A Pixel tag (also known as a web beacon and clear GIF) is an invisible tag placed on certain pages of our website but not on your computer. Pixel tags are usually used in conjunction with cookies and may be used to, among other things, track the actions of users of the services and measure the success of our marketing campaigns, and compile statistics about usage of the services and response rates. You can configure your web browser to block cookies, which prevents pixel tags from monitoring your website visits. You may also remove cookies stored on your computer or mobile device. However, please note that blocking cookies and pixel tags may limit certain features and functions when using our websites or app.

Auto-Start and associated start. To ensure you receive broadcast notifications from our Services when it is not actively in use (e.g., closed or running in the background), the "Auto-Start" capability may occasionally be triggered. This functionality operates at a controlled frequency through system broadcasts.

Our rules on the use of personal information

We will use your authorized personal information to enable the functionality of the APP based on the purposes set forth in this Policy. Please note that the Services we provide to you may be updated from time to time. If we intend to use your personal information for purposes beyond those described in this Policy, or to collect additional personal information not specified herein, we will provide a detailed explanation of the purposes, methods, and types of information collected, and obtain your separate consent through page prompts, interactive processes, website announcements or other means. Once you agree, such additional information or use purpose shall be deemed part of this incorporated into this Policy.

When collecting sensitive personal information (e.g., information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, biometrics or genetic characteristics, criminal background), we will obtain your explicit consent through page prompts, interactive processes, website announcements, or other means as required by applicable law, and minimize the impact on your personal rights. If we seek to collect sensitive personal information not described in this Policy, or use such information for purposes beyond those specified, we will provide a detailed explanation of the necessity, method, type, and potential impact on your rights and interests through the aforementioned methods. Unless we specifically request it, we ask that you not send us, and you not disclose, any sensitive personal information on or through the Services or otherwise to us.

Please note that if you provide information containing another individual’s personal data, you must ensure you have obtained their lawful authorization—specifically, authorization to share such information with us and to permit our use of it—in accordance with this Policy.

You acknowledge and agree that after collecting personal information, we may de-identify it through technical means. De-identified data, which cannot be linked to you personally, may be used for analysis and commercial purposes without further consent. All personal information provided via our Services will remain authorized for use unless you withdraw consent or disable further collection through your device settings.

We use your information to operate, provide, develop, and improve the Services. The main uses of your information are:

  • Provide services and features

Legal basis: Fulfilling contractual obligations in delivering our services and features.

  • Enhance service quality

Legal basis: Legitimate interests in conducting research, analysis, and user feedback to improve our services.

  • Resolve disputes and ensure security

Legal basis: Fulfilling contractual obligations (for troubleshooting and dispute resolution) and legitimate interests (in detecting fraud, security threats, and misconduct to protect users and our operations).

  • Enforce agreements and comply with laws

Legal basis: Legal obligations under user agreements and applicable regulations, including meeting statutory requirements.

Exceptions to your authorized consent

We may also collect and use your personal information in the following cases without requiring your authorized consent:

(1) Cases related to compliance with laws, regulations and regulatory requirements;

(2) Cases directly related to national security or national defense security;

(3) Cases directly related to public safety, public health or significant public interests;

(4) Cases directly related to criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials or the execution of judgments;

(5) Cases necessary to the protect your own or another individual’s vital interests (such as life, property or other fundamental legal rights) where obtaining consent is impracticable;

(6) Information voluntarily disclosed by you to the public;

(7) Information obtained from legally public sources, such as legal news reports, government disclosures, or other public channels;

(8) Information necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you;

(9) Information required to operate and maintain our Services; and

(10) Other circumstances expressly permitted by applicable laws or regulations.

 

III. How We Share, Transfer, or Disclose Your Information

Sharing of Personal Information

We will not share your personal information with any third party without your consent, except where necessary for service provision or in the following circumstances: 

1. Sharing Due to Legal Obligations: We may share your personal as required by applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes. This includes the following circumstances of sharing:

Judicial authorities, law enforcement agencies, regulators, courts, government authorities, or other entities when such sharing is required for legal compliance.

Cooperating in investigations, responding to subpoenas or court orders, addressing legal claims, or enforcing our terms and conditions.

Protecting our rights, privacy, safety, or property, or those of our affiliates, users, or the public.

Preserving life or preventing imminent bodily harm (e.g., sharing your IP address with law enforcement in urgent cases).

2. Sharing with Authorized Partners: To deliver certain services and improve your experience, we may share relevant personal information with trusted partners. For example:

(1) Reward programs: To facilitate reward distribution or service provision.

(2) User communications: Working with outbound calling platforms to resolve disputes, manage account operations, or send urgent notifications.

(3) Advertising: To display relevant advertising, measure ad performance, promote our Services, or enable your participation in activities, we may share your hashed phone number, email address and user ID with third-party advertising providers. Note: We only share hashed data. Hashing is a one-way encryption technique that prevents direct identification of your original information. This processing is necessary for our legitimate interests in delivering relevant advertising while minimizing data intrusion. You can opt out by contacting us via email address s provided in this Policy, and we will promptly address your request.

(4) Complaint Resolution: When you make inquiries, submit complaints, or are involved in disputes, we may retain your name, contact information, and related communications to handle the matter. We will not retain any information prohibited by law.

(5) Professional Advisors: We may share your personal information with our accountants, auditors, legal counsels, or other advisors when professional advice is required.

(6) Integration with Third-Party Tools (SDKs): We may integrate third-party software tools (SDKs) into our app and share certain personal information with these providers to improve our Services and user experience. For details, including our partner SDK directory and specific data sharing practices, please refer to our Statement for Using Third-Party SDKs.

3. Sharing with Affiliates: To provide consistent Services and personalized recommendations, we may share personal information with companies under our direct or indirect control, as well as with other affiliates. Such sharing is limited to the purposes described in this Policy. If an affiliate wishes to use your information for a different purpose, your separate consent will be asked.

4. Sharing Under Other Agreements: We may share your personal information in accordance with any other agreements we have with you regarding such sharing.

We will only share your personal information for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes. All third parties receiving your information are required to handle it in accordance with our instructions, this Policy and applicable confidentiality and security requirements.

Transfer of Personal Information

We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual except in the following circumstances: 

1. With your prior consent: We will obtain your explicit consent before transferring your personal information.

2. As required by law: We may transfer your personal information if required under applicable laws, regulations, or mandatory administrative or judicial orders.

3. Business Transactions: If a transfer of personal information occurs due to an asset transfer, acquisition, merger, reorganization or bankruptcy, we will inform you of the relevant details of the transfer, and will require the new entity that receives your personal information to continue to comply with this Policy. If the new entity intends to use your personal information for a different purpose, they must obtain your explicit consent before doing so.

Disclosure of personal information

We will only disclose your personal information under the following circumstances, and in accordance with industry‑standard security measures:

1. At Your Request. We will disclose specific information in the manner you have clearly specified and requested.

2. Prize Announcements. When announcing winners of certain promotional or prize activities, we may display a partially masked (desensitized) phone number or user nickname.

3. Legal Compliance. We may disclose your personal information as required by applicable laws, regulations, judicial proceedings, court orders, or mandatory administrative enforcement requests from government authorities. If we receive a disclosure request from a governmental or judicial authority, we will require reasonable supporting documentation to verify that: (1) The request has a lawful basis. (2) The requesting authority has the legitimate right and reasonable purpose to obtain your personal information.

 

IV. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Storage of Personal Information

1. Storage Location: Currently, we may store your personal information in the following locations:(a) Hong Kong SAR, China, (b)Singapore, and (c) Australia.

2. Storage Duration: We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy. We may retain it for a longer period if required or permitted by applicable laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities. This may include, but is not limited to, the following circumstances:

(1) To comply with requirements of applicable laws and regulations.

(2) To comply with a court judgment, ruling or other legal processes.

(3) To meet the requirements of relevant authorities or legally authorized organizations.

Once the retention period expires, we will either delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

3. Termination of Services: If we decide to discontinue our Services, we will notify you at least thirty (30) days in advance. After the termination of our Services, we will delete or anonymize your personal information as required by law.

Protection of Personal Information

We are dedicated to protecting your personal information. To ensure the highest standards of security and privacy, we have implemented a robust, multi-layered security program that is fully certified under ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 9000, and ISO 20000.

While we strive for the strongest possible protection, we acknowledge that no online system is entirely infallible. If you ever have reason to believe your account’s security has been compromised, please contact us immediately at the details provided in our “How to Contact Us” section.

 

Security Incident Response

In the event of a security incident (e.g., personal information leak), we will notify you of the situation in accordance with the legal requirements. This notification will include the potential impact, measures we have taken or plan to take, and recommendations for you to prevent and mitigate risks. Notifications will be sent via email, physical mail, phone calls, or in-app alerts. If individual notification is impractical, we will issue announcements through reasonable and effective channels. Concurrently, we will report the incident to regulators as required and address it promptly to prevent escalation.

Please understand that due to technology and risk-prevention limitations, we cannot guarantee 100% information security despite robust measures. Systems and communication networks you use may encounter issues beyond our control. Additionally, communications via email, instant messaging, and social platforms may not be fully encrypted. We recommend using complex passwords for such tools and remaining vigilant about safeguarding your information.

Please ensure credentials (e.g., username, password, and identity verification details) remain secure. When using our Services, we verify your identity using these credentials. Leakage due to your actions may result in losses, or adverse consequences. If you suspect compromise of your credentials, contact us immediately so we can take action to minimize potential harm.

 

V. How to Exercise your Rights

Access and Correct your Personal Information

1. Your Right to Access and Correct. You have the right to access and correct your personal information, subject to legal exceptions. To exercise this right, navigate to the "Profile" page in the app.

2. Managing Account and Personal Details. You can manage bindings, update contact information (e.g., phone number, email), and modify personal details (e.g., profile photo, nickname) through the app:

Go to “Profile” → “Settings” (upper-right corner) → “Account Management” or “Security Settings” for account/security updates.

For personal details: “Profile” → “Your Nickname” → “Edit”. 

To change passwords: “Profile” “Settings” “Security Settings”.

3. Requesting a Copy of Your Information. You may obtain a copy of your personal information held by us. Submit a request via customer service, and we will send it to your registered email address within the timeframe limit mandated by law. Note: We may deny requests for copies of legally protected personal information (e.g., The information contains the privacy of third parties and cannot be extracted separately).

4. Support for Access/Correction Issues. If you encounter difficulties accessing and correcting your information, contact customer service. We will respond within 15 working days, unless legally permitted extensions apply.

5. Your Responsibility for Accuracy. Please promptly update or correct personal information that could:

Affect service delivery or transaction processing;

Be required by law to be accurate.

Failure to do so may result in adverse consequences for which you are responsible.

Delete your personal information

You may request deletion of your personal information under the following circumstances. We will process such requests promptly upon receipt, in accordance with legal requirements:

  • If we process your personal information unlawfully (e.g., in violation of applicable laws, without your consent, or in material breach of our agreement with you).

  • If you no longer use our Services, or voluntarily close your account.

  • If we permanently discontinue the Services you use.

If we approve your deletion request, we will promptly instruct any third parties who have received your personal information from us to delete it, unless:

(1) Prohibited by applicable law, or
(2) The third party retains your separate authorization for such data.

When we remove information from active systems upon deletion, residual copies may temporarily persist in backup systems. Such backups will be purged during routine system updates, in compliance with data minimization principles.

Change or Revoke your Consent

1. Managing Your Consent. You may adjust or withdraw your consent ongoing personal information collection at any time by:

Deleting specific data through your account settings;

Disabling device permissions (e.g., location, camera access);

Closing your account to fully revoke all collection authorizations.

2. Consequences of Withdrawing Consent. Please note that certain services require basic personal information to function. If you withdraw consent:

we will immediately cease processing your data for the affected service(s);

Access to those specific services may be discontinued;

Previously processed data remains legally compliant under your original authorization. Technical/Legal Note: Due to system limitations, legal obligations, or regulatory requirements, we may not fulfill all of requests instantly. Your data will be securely stored and blocked from further processing until permanent deletion or anonymization can be completed.

3. Marketing Communications Opt-Out. To stop receiving marketing-related emails:

Use the "Unsubscribe" link in any promotional message;

Managing Notifications, Personalized Content, and System Permissions

1. Notification Management

We send alerts and notifications to keep you updated on news, trending posts, and relevant content. To manage these:

  • APP Push Notifications: Opt out via "Profile" → "Settings" → "Notification Settings " → "App Push". Dismiss pop-up ads by tapping "Skip" or "Close".

  • SMS/Email Notifications: Disable via "Profile" → "Settings" → " Notification Settings " → "SMS, Email Notifications".

  • Message Center Notification: Turn off notifications for categories like “Community & News” or “Quotation & Trade” via "Profile" → "Settings" → "Notification Settings" → "Message Center Notification".

To stop promotional SMS or callbacks, use the unsubscribe link in message or explicitly decline during calls.

2. Personalized Recommendations

(1) Service Overview

  • We will inform you about the types of user information we collect for personalized recommendations, as well as how you can provide feedback and control your recommendations. This information will be communicated through this Policy, instant notification (such as pop-ups, prompts, etc.), and other means.

  • We collect data on your browsing behavior, including browsing time and device information, as well as interactions such as clicks, follows, favorites, searches, browsing, sharing, commenting, liking and feedback. This data helps us analyze and calculate personalized recommendations, allowing us to select content that we believe may be more relevant to you based on those calculations. We provide real-time feedback to our recommendation model based on your browsing behavior, and continually adjust and optimize the recommendation accordingly.

  • The personalized recommendation services we provide mainly include information recommendations, community content suggestions, advertisement recommendations, and more.

(2) Control and Management of Personalized Recommendations

  • If you’re not interested in a recommended ad, you can click "Skip" or "Close". We also provide a "Feedback" option where you can share your comments or suggestions about recommendations.

  • Manage Your Subscriptions: You can choose to follow (or unfollow) accounts or channels you like. The “Subscribed” section (or following tab) will display those you’ve actively chosen, so you can control whose content shows up in your feed.

  • Search for What You Like: If you don’t see content that interests you, you can enter keywords into the search bar and explore the results. This helps you find topics or accounts that better match your interests.

3. Management of System Permission

(1) Managing and Retracting Permissions: You can manage or withdraw system permissions you’ve granted in the app via “Profile” → “Settings” → “Privacy Management” → “System Permission Management”.

(2) Auto‑Start Permission: You may enable or disable the Auto-Start permission through the permission management settings on your mobile device.

(3) Please note that if you revoke or withdraw your authorization or consent as above, we will no longer be able to provide those services that depend on those permissions. However, this will not affect any personal information processing that has occurred under your previous authorization.

Deactivate your Account

1. How to Deactivate Your Account

You may request account deactivation through either method:

In-App Request: Navigate to “Profile” " Settings" " Account Management" "Delete Account".

Customer Service: Contact our customer service team for assistance with your deactivation request.

2. Processing Your Request. After we verify your identity and confirm:

No outstanding disputes exist on your account,

Your deactivation request complies with our policies,

We will process your request within fifteen (15) working days. Upon deactivation:

All services and access to our platform will terminate.

Your personal information will be deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law.

3. Important Consequences of Deactivation. This action is irreversible. After deactivation:

All registered data, benefits, and account content will be permanently lost.

Account restoration or data recovery will be impossible.

Future after-sales services or warranty claims may be impacted.

Before proceeding, please back up all account-related information, bills, and documents.

Handling Your Deactivation Request

Identity Verification. For security, we may require you to submit a written request or verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond to your request within fifteen (15) working days after completing identity verification. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you may pursue external dispute resolution as outlined in the “How to contact us” section of this Policy.

Fees and Limitations. We generally do not charge fees for reasonable requests. However, for repetitive requests, requests exceed reasonable limits, or are excessively burdensome, we may refuse the request or charge a reasonable fee. We may reject requests that:

require disproportionate technical efforts (e.g., developing new systems or making major changes to current practices).

Pose risks to the legal rights of others.

Are impractical (e.g., data stored only on backup archives).

Circumstances Where Requests May Be Denied. We reserve the right to deny your request in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

1. Where denying your request is necessary to comply with laws, regulations, or regulatory requirements.

2. Where it directly relates to national security or national defense.

3. Where it directly concerns public safety, public health, or significant public interest.

4. Where it is directly related to criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials, or enforcement of judgments.

5. Where there is sufficient evidence of malicious intent or abuse of rights.

6. Where denying the request is necessary to protect your or others’ vital interests, but it is difficult to obtain your consent.

7. Where fulfilling the request may seriously harm to the legitimate rights and interests of you, other individuals, or organizations.

8. Where the request involves trade secrets or commercial confidentiality.

VII. Cross-Border Transmission of Personal Information

Your Personal Information may be stored and processed in (a) Hong Kong SAR, China, (b) Singapore or (c) Australia, where we operate facilities or engage service providers. When transferring your personal information collected and processed under this Policy to other countries for business or administrative purposes — including making your personal information accessible to other jurisdictions — we will ensure compliance with all necessary legal obligations and. This includes informing you of the name and contact details of the foreign recipient, the purpose and method of the transfer, the type of personal information being transferred, the process by which you can exercise your rights with the foreign recipient. We will also obtain your separate consent where required.

Although the data protection laws in other countries may differ, we are committed to ensure that your personal information is safeguarded in the same way as it is in your country of residence.

If you visit the service platforms and pages of international brokers or third parties to obtain their products or services, please note that these brokers or third parties may provide their products or services through resources and servers located worldwide. Should you wish to obtain such products or services, you may need to provide the relevant information directly to the international brokers or third parties, depending on the requirements of those products or services. In the event that we become aware of a data breach, we will fulfill our statutory reporting obligations to the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and comply with mandated assessment requirements in line with Singapore’s data protection laws: we will report to the PDPC where the breach falls under statutory reporting scenarios (e.g., potential significant harm to affected individuals or meeting statutory scale thresholds); for breaches not requiring immediate reporting, we will complete the required assessment and provide explanations to the PDPC if the assessment timeline is exceeded. We will also inform affected individuals as required by applicable law. 

Australia

This section applies to users located in Australia.

We manage your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We may disclose your personal information to recipients, including related entities and third-party service providers, located outside Australia, including in Hong Kong SAR, China, and Singapore. Where we disclose your personal information to third parties, those parties may store, transfer, or access your personal information outside Australia.

Unless we have sought and obtained your specific consent to an overseas disclosure of your personal information, we will only disclose your information to countries whose privacy laws provide protections that are substantially similar to those under the Australian Privacy Principles and/or we will take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas recipients handle your personal information in accordance with the APPs.
