We are an international hygiene products company focusing on rapidly developing Emerging Markets in Africa, Latin America, Central Asia, etc. We are mainly engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of baby and female hygiene products such as baby diapers, baby pull-ups, sanitary napkins, and wet wipes. According to the Frost & Sullivan report, based on 2023 sales volume, (i) we ranked first in the baby diaper market in Africa, with a market share of 20.0% and 14.0% respectively; and (ii) we ranked first in the baby diaper market in Ghana, Kenya, Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, Cameroon, and Tanzania, and number one in the sanitary napkin market in Senegal, Kenya and Tanzania. With more than 15 years of global Operation strategy, we have become a leading enterprise in the hygiene products industry in many countries in Africa and one of the important participants in Emerging Markets. By establishing our overseas management team and building a local talent pool, and collaborating on a two-pronged approach to optimize human resources, we have achieved efficient Operation operations across many countries. Adhering to the “consumer-centered” Operation philosophy, we focus on creating products that meet the diverse needs of different markets, and meet continuously changing market needs through rapid iteration of products. According to a survey conducted by Frost & Sullivan, mainly due to the excellent quality and accessibility of our products, our brands Softcare, Maya, and Cuttie are the respondents' favorite brands of baby diapers and baby pull-ups, with brand awareness as high as 89.0% and the highest repurchase rate of 95.7%, while our brands Softcare, Veesper, and Clincleer are the most popular sanitary napkin brands with a brand awareness of 95.4% and the highest repurchase rate of 92.0%.
