Ingenic Semiconductor's Over-Allotment Option Lapses After Stabilization Period

Ingenic Semiconductor (HKG:3223, SHE:300223) said its 30-day stabilization period ended Sept. 19, with the over-allotment option lapsing without being exercised, according to a Sunday Hong Kong bourse filing.
During the stabilization period, 4.7 million H shares were over-allocated and subsequently repurchased in the market at prices ranging from HK$95.30 to HK$100.00 per share.
The last stabilization purchase was made on Sept. 9 at HK$99.95 per share. No additional H shares will be issued under the lapsed overallotment option.
