Nanoveu Unit Receives First New Edge AI System-on-Chip Engineering Samples

Nanoveu's (ASX:NVU) Emass (Embedded A.I. Systems) subsidiary received the first engineering samples of its 16-nanometer ECS-DoT edge AI system-on-chip from Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The design was signed off in December 2025 and taped out in January, the filing said.
The engineering team will take the samples through a structured program, confirming that core functions behave as designed, and EMASS will move into benchmarking and characterization once the chip is running, per the filing.
The applied technology company's shares jumped almost 6% in recent Tuesday trade.
