Vicinity Centres Fiscal 2026 AFFO per Security, Net Property Income Up

Vicinity Centres (ASX:VCX) logged AU$0.1304 in adjusted funds from operations per security for fiscal 2026, compared with AU$0.1259 a year ago, a Thursday filing showed.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected AU$0.1301.

For the 12 months ended June 30, net property income was AU$938.1 million versus AU$918.1 million previously, the Australia-listed real estate investment trust added. Analysts surveyed by FactSet projected AU$987.8 million.

The board declared a final distribution of AU$0.062 per stapled security, up from AU$0.0605 a year earlier, payable Sept. 16 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 26.

The company guided for fiscal 2027 AFFO per security of AU$0.139 to AU$0.141, comparable net property income growth of 3.5%, and a fiscal year distribution payout ratio of 95% to 100% of AFFO.
