Palantir Technologies (PLTR) Co-Founder Peter Thiel has acquired 1,189,792 American depositary shares in Argentina's Vista Energy (VIST) worth about $75.9 million, according to a US Securities and Exchange Commission filing published Friday.
The stake was bought by Thiel's Thiel Macro hedge fund, the filing showed.
Vista Energy shares were up 5.5% in premarket activity Monday.
