ING Groep (ING) said Friday it will redeem $500 million of floating-rate senior notes and $1.25 billion of 6.083% fixed-to-floating rate senior notes on Sept. 11.

ING said the notes will be redeemed at 100% of their principal amount, with accrued and unpaid interest due on the redemption date to be paid in the usual manner to holders of record as of Sept. 10.

Holders of record on Sept. 10 will receive accrued and unpaid interest on the redemption date, ING Groep said.

The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch, will serve as paying agent for the redemptions, the company said.
