Technology stocks were declining premarket Wednesday, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) down 1.2% and the State Street SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) 1.9% lower.
Palantir Technologies (PLTR) entered a strategic partnership with SNP to develop artificial intelligence applications for corporate digital updates and automated data management, SNP said. Shares of Palantir Technologies were down more than 2% pre-bell.
