Z Squared (ZSQR) said Tuesday it has appointed Jeffrey Harris as chief technology officer.
The appointment follows a previously disclosed binding letter of intent to acquire a majority membership interest in Paradox Data, of which Harris is the founder and chief technology officer, Z Squared said.
Shares of the company were down roughly 11% in Tuesday trading.
