Merck (MRK) said Monday it agreed with the ADAP Crisis Task Force to help state AIDS Drug Assistance Programs provide access to its once-daily HIV treatment Idvynso for eligible individuals.

The US Food and Drug Administration approved Idvynso in April as a single-tablet regimen containing 100 milligrams of doravirine and 0.25 mg of islatravir for the treatment of HIV-1 infection in adults, the company said.

Merck said state AIDS Drug Assistance Programs supported more than 250,000 people living with HIV in the US in 2024.
