SG Micro (HKG:3661) raised HK$4.5 billion in net proceeds from its initial public offering in Hong Kong, according to a Thursday after-market filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
The analog integrated circuit company priced its IPO at HK$85.20 per share, issuing 54 million shares.
The Hong Kong public offering portion of the deal was 251.73 times subscribed, with a final allocation of 5.4 million shares.
The international offering was 23.5 times subscribed, with 48.6 million shares allocated.
Cornerstone investors were allotted 26.9 million shares, accounting for 49.89% of the IPO shares.
SG Micro is set to debut on the Hong Kong bourse today, June 26.
