Powerlong Real Estate (HKG:1238) recorded contracted sales of around 600 million yuan in May, with a sales area of 77,786 square meters, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
For the five months ended May 31, contracted sales and sales area reached roughly 2.79 billion yuan and 276,645 square meters, respectively.
