Alphabet Appoints Marsida Saraci as Principal Accounting Officer

Alphabet (GOOG) has appointed Marsida Saraci, the company's vice president and controller, as principal accounting officer, effective immediately, according to an SEC filing Friday.
Saraci has been with Alphabet since 2011 worked at KPMG for more than eight years, before joining the company.
