Chagee (CHA) reported Q1 non-GAAP earnings late Thursday of 2.65 Chinese renminbi ($0.38) per diluted share, down from 3.92 renminbi a year earlier.
Analysts estimates were not readily available for comparison.
Total revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was 3.55 billion renminbi, up from 3.39 billion renminbi a year earlier.
Two analysts surveyed by FactSet expected 3.23 billion renminbi.
Shares of the company were up 14% in pre-market activity.
