Bull Case

David Miller, chief investment officer at Catalyst Funds:

"We've seen a large tear in Micron, but the stock is still likely trading at under 10 times forward earnings."

Bear Case

William Kerwin, senior equity analyst at Morningstar:

"We just can't justify that when we think about the commodity-like nature of this technology and the fact that you have multiple players that can offer fungible chips."
