Adani Green Energy Activates Multi-Unit Battery and Solar Grid in Gujarat

Adani Green Energy (NSE:ADANIGREEN, BOM:541450), through its step-down subsidiaries, has commercially operationalized battery energy storage system (BESS) projects and a solar energy project in Gujarat, India, according to a Tuesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

Adani's subsidiaries Adani Renewable Energy Thirty Six, Adani Renewable Energy Thirty Seven, and Adani Renewable Energy Forty Three made operational an aggregate of 1,990 MWh BESS projects at Khavda in Gujarat.

Meanwhile, another subsidiary, Adani Green Energy Twenty Four, fired up a 50 MW solar energy project at Khavda in Gujarat.

With these projects, Adani Green's total operational renewable generation capacity has increased to 19,785.8 MW, and total operational BESS capacity is up to 3,366 MWh.
