Dongzhu Ecological Environment Protection (SHA:603359) signed a 115 million yuan contract for the upgrading of the Maibao International Headquarters Digital Industry Park, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.
The deal was signed with Maibao Jiacheng (Suzhou) Network Technology, which owns the headquarters in Changshu City, China.
Construction is expected to run for 180 days.
The ecological services provider's shares jumped 5% during the midday trade.
