Breeze Acquisition Corp. II (BREZU) said late Thursday it has priced its initial public offering of 12.5 million units, priced at $10 each.

The units were expected to start trading Wednesday on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "BREZU", the company said.

Each unit consists of one ordinary share and one right. Each right entitles the holder to receive one-fifth of one ordinary share upon the consummation of an initial business combination, the company added.

Once the securities comprising the units start trading separately, the ordinary shares and rights are expected to trade on Nasdaq under the symbols "BREZ" and "BREZR," respectively.

The underwriters are given a 45-day option to buy up to another 1.875 million units to cover over-allotments.

The offering is expected to close on or about Thursday, subject to customary conditions.
