Onsemi (ON) reported Q1 non-GAAP earnings late Monday of $0.64 per diluted share, up from $0.55 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.61.
Revenue for the quarter ended April 3 was $1.51 billion, up from $1.45 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.49 billion.
The company expects Q2 non-GAAP earnings of $0.65 to $0.77 per diluted share on revenue of $1.54 billion to $1.64 billion. Analysts expect $0.66 and $1.53 billion, respectively.
Onsemi's shares were down more than 4% in after-hours trading.
