It plans to pursue strategic growth opportunities in the resilient logistics segment, while evaluating potential divestment of non-core office assets, the analyst notes. Management intends to increase allocation for logistics properties to 85%, compared with 75.1% as of March 2026, and will look for opportunities to acquire logistics properties in developed markets. The brokerage lifts its FY 2026 and FY 2027 distribution-per-unit forecasts for the REIT by 8% and 6%, respectively. It raises the unit's target price to S$1.30 from S$1.22 with an unchanged buy rating. Units are 0.5% lower at S$0.985. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
