Boyd Corp., backed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management, is offering a deeply discounted loan to refinance its capital structure following the sale of its liquid-cooling business to Eaton (ETN), Bloomberg reported Monday.
Initial talks on its $530 million loan involve an interest rate 4.5 percentage points above benchmark, that is being offered at a discounted price of as low as 92 cents on the dollar, the report said, citing a person with knowledge of the matter.
Goldman Sachs did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
