Wing Tai (SGX:W05) subsidiary, Winrich Investment, along with Metrobilt Construction, a unit of Metro Holdings (SGX:M01), incorporated a joint venture company named Winturf Investment, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The new venture will develop a land parcel on Dunearn Road, Singapore, as a residential property with a commercial component, the filing said.
