Boeing Reportedly Will Sign Aircraft Purchase Deal With Biman Bangladesh Airlines

Boeing (BA) is set to sign a deal with Biman Bangladesh Airlines for the purchase of 14 aircraft to upgrade and expand the national carrier's fleet, news outlets reported Thursday.
No financial terms were disclosed. The agreement is expected to be signed Thursday, the news outlets said.
Reports also said the deal concludes the competition between Boeing and Airbus over Biman's order.
Boeing, Airbus, and Biman Bangladesh Airlines did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comments.
