Chaowei Power (HKG:0951) booked 360.9 million yuan in attributable profit for 2025, rising 25% from 289.5 million yuan in 2024, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.
Shares of the batteries maker fell nearly 1% in late morning trade Monday.
Earnings per share were 0.33 yuan, compared with 0.26 yuan in the prior year.
Revenue rose 8.1% year on year to 54.40 billion yuan, figures showed.
The company also proposed a dividend of HK$0.056 per share, payable July 15 to shareholders of record on June 11.
