Fuyao Glass Industry (SHA:600660, HKG:3606) issued ultra-short-term commercial paper for 300 million yuan, the company's second tranche for the year, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Friday.
The bond has an interest rate of 1.48% and a term of 251 days.
The Chinese glass manufacturer's Shanghai and Hong Kong shares both fell 1% during the morning trade.
