Cochlear (ASX:COH) received notice that Bank of New York Mellon and its affiliated entities became a substantial holder of the company on Wednesday, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Bank of New York Mellon now owns 3.3 million shares in the company, representing 5% of the issued shares, the filing said.
