SoftMedx Healthcare (HKG:0648) completed the issuance of 16.3 million scheme shares at HK$0.01 each to creditors under its debt restructuring plan, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the healthcare firm were down nearly 4% in Thursday morning trading.
The issuance forms part of a scheme of arrangement implemented to address the company's financial position following trading suspension.
Total shares outstanding rose to 2.14 billion from 2.13 billion after the issuance, the filing showed.
