Czechoslovak Group beats profit estimates on strong defence demand, consolidation
March 26 (Reuters) - Czechoslovak Group CSG.AS beat market expectations on Thursday after it posted a 28% pro-forma rise in its annual core profit, as the first results after its Amsterdam debut were driven by strong demand in the defence systems division and consolidation of small-calibre ammunition maker Kinetic Group.
The operating earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) stood at 1.78 billion euros ($2.06 billion), compared with an average I/B/E/S estimate of 1.75 billion euros.
