Microsoft (MSFT)-backed OpenAI is close to raising $10 billion from venture investors, including MGX, Coatue Management, and Thrive Capital, in a funding round at a $730 billion valuation, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The capital commitments are expected to be finalized by March-end, and the terms could change, sources told the media outlet.

OpenAI and Microsoft did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
