Generac Shares Fall After Reorganization of Segments

Generac (GNRC) shares fell nearly 11% in the session after the company said it is reorganizing its two reportable segments, effective March 31.

Before the move, the company's segments were Domestic and International. After the reorganization, the segments will be Residential and Commercial & Industrial, or C&I, according to a regulatory filing.

The Residential segment includes the former Domestic operations, excluding domestic C&I. The C&I segment includes the former International operations plus domestic C&I, the company said, adding that financial results will reflect the new segments starting with Q1.
