SNT Holdings (KRX:036530) subsidiary SNT Dynamics secured a purchase agreement for transmission assembly goods from Hanwha Aerospace (KRX:012450), according to a Monday filing with the Korea Exchange.
The contract, valued at 510.5 billion won, is valid till Dec. 31, 2028, the filing said.
Shares of SNT Holdings fell nearly 6% at market close, while those of Hanwha Aerospace declined over 3%.
