Bitfarms (BITF) said late Friday its shareholders approved a plan to redomicile the company from Canada to the US and rebrand it as Keel Infrastructure.

The company said it expects the redomiciliation to be completed around April 1, subject to court approvals and other customary closing conditions.

The Toronto Stock Exchange has conditionally approved the arrangement, including the listing of Keel Infrastructure's common stock, the company said.

Shares of Keel Infrastructure are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq and the TSX under the ticker "KEEL," two business days after the redomiciliation is completed, subject to meeting all listing requirements, the company said.
