Unitree Robotics Seeks to Raise 4.2 Billion Yuan in Shanghai IPO

Unitree Robotics filed for an initial public offering of 40.4 million shares on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
Proceeds will be used to fund research and development on intelligent robot model and robot body projects as well as in the construction of a manufacturing base, according to a prospectus filed on the bourse.
The robot maker seeks to raise 4.2 billion yuan, Bloomberg News reported.
