Central China New Life's Profit Declines in 2025; Shares Plunge 22%

Central China New Life's (HKG:9983) profit attributable to shareholders fell to 157.5 million yuan for 2025, from 214.6 million yuan a year earlier, according to a March 20 Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the property manager fell nearly 22% in afternoon trade on Monday.
Earnings per share came in at 0.12 yuan, compared with 0.17 yuan a year earlier.
Revenue declined 6.2% to 2.77 billion yuan from 2.95 billion yuan in 2024.
