SMRT (KLSE:SMRT) plans to transfer its listing from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities, subject to regulatory approvals.

The group said it has met the required profit criteria, recording about 27.7 million ringgit in net profit for the financial year 2025, and 70.4 million ringgit over the past three financial years. The company also has a healthy financial position with no accumulated losses, as required.

SMRT public shareholding stood at around 69.56%, exceeding listing requirements, according to a Tuesday Malaysian bourse filing.

The move will enhance the company's corporate profile, credibility and appeal to institutional investors.
