Hutchison Telecommunications Hong Kong (HKG:0215) said its 3 Group plans to launch World Plan 2.0, an upgraded global data roaming package that will include a shareable add-on SIM and new travel services for Greater Bay Area users, The Standard reported Monday.
The update follows strong sales of the plan launched in July last year, according to the report.
Separately, HTHK said it plans to support network development in the Northern Metropolis and aims to roll out 6G by 2030.
Capital spending this year is expected to be between HK$400 million and HK$500 million, similar to last year, it added.
