SGC E&C Wins Two Apartment Construction Projects from Maseokuri Local Housing Association

SGC E&C (KOSDAQ:016250) secured a new apartment construction and infrastructure development project for the Maseokuri Local Housing Association, the South Korean construction and engineering firm said in a Wednesday filing with the Korea Exchange.
The contract, valued at 155.6 billion won, is valid till Apr. 17, 2030, the filing said.
The company also secured another construction and infrastructure development contract from the same association, worth 246.7 billion won. This project is valid till Apr. 17, 2030, it said.
Shares of SGC E&C rose nearly 1% in recent trade.
