Anlon Healthcare (NSE:AHCL, BOM:544497) said it completed the acquisition of 56.67% equity in Bizotic Life Science on Friday, according to a same-day filing on Indian bourses.
The acquisition makes Bizotic Life Science a subsidiary of Anlon Healthcare, the filing said.
