RTX Unit Receives Boost to Missile Defense Agency Contract

RTX's (RTX) Raytheon received a boost to its award ceiling under an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with the US Missile Defense Agency by over $8.41 billion, the US Department of War said late Wednesday.
Under the revised deal, Raytheon will offer the material and services support for the Standard Missile-3 Block missile variants for the US and foreign military sales partners, according to a statement.
The work will be performed in Raytheon facilities in Tucson and Huntsville, according to the department.
