Panama rejects PPC claims on canceled port contracts
PANAMA CITY, March 19 (Reuters) - Panama's government on Thursday rejected statements by Panama Ports Company $(PPC)$ regarding canceled port contracts, calling the remarks "fallacious and libelous."
The government said the CK Hutchison subsidiary and its affiliates have refused to cooperate, accusing them of concealing information and obstructing a coordinated transition following the contract cancellations.
