GSI Technology (GSIT) said Wednesday its board has completed s strategic alternatives review and decided to continue operating as a standalone company.

Shares were down 25% intraday, with trading volume of over 2.8 million shares versus a daily average of roughly 1.6 million.

Cibus (CBUS) reported a wider-than-expected Q4 net loss late Tuesday and a decrease in quarterly revenue.

Shares slid nearly 21% as intraday trading volume jumped to over 750,000 from a daily average of about 435,000.

Protalix BioTherapeutics (PLX) swung to a full-year EPS loss and reported a decrease in revenue.

Shares fell about 19%, with intraday trading volume of over 2.9 million shares versus a daily average of roughly 1.2 million.
