1716 ET - Among Coty's five new independent directors are three alumni of consumer products giant Procter & Gamble: Robert Kunze-Concewitz, Stephanie Plaines, and new lead director Carsten Fischer. They join interim chief executive Markus Strobel, who spent more than three decades at P&G, most recently serving as president of its global skin- and personal-care business before retiring in 2024. Strobel was brought in as Coty's interim CEO in December amid slumping shares and a review of the company's consumer-beauty strategy. (elias.schisgall@wsj.com)
