UGRO Capital Raises INR450 Million via Debt Offering

UGRO Capital (NSE:UGROCAP, BOM:511742) has raised 450 million Indian rupees through the allotment of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis, according to a Wednesday filing to the Indian bourses.

The company allotted 45,000 listed, rated, senior, secured, transferable, redeemable NCDs denominated in Indian Rupees, each having a face value of 10,000 rupees.

The debentures carry a coupon rate of 9.50% per annum, payable monthly, and are scheduled to mature on April 18, 2027.

They are proposed to be listed on the BSE.

The company's shares surged 13% at close of trade
