Boss Energy (ASX:BOE) received notice that State Street and its subsidiaries increased their holdings in the company to 9.11% from 8.1%, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
State Street and its subsidiaries now own 37.8 million shares in the company, the filing said.
The company's shares rose 2% in recent Friday trade.
