Electro Optic Systems Holdings (ASX:EOS) received notice that State Street and its subsidiaries became substantial holders of the company on Wednesday, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
State Street now owns 11.1 million shares in the company, representing a 5.73% total voting power, the filing said.
